Our Story
Built on Clark Ave,
rooted in Republic.
Sparky's Coffee House started with a simple conviction: a small town like Republic shouldn't have to choose between fast coffee and good coffee. You shouldn't have to choose between a quick stop and a place that feels like yours.
We opened our doors on North Clark Avenue with a espresso machine, a small oven, and a lot of hope. Today, we're still doing the same thing — just with more regulars who know exactly how they take their order.
Every pastry is baked on-site. Every cup is pulled with care. And every person who walks in is treated like a neighbor, because that's exactly who they are.
